Effective education frameworks should be able to bring onboard all stakeholders. All students should feel valued in the school environment and at their family level irrespective of their physical, mental or financial challenges. Such barriers which discriminate others for example poverty and language barriers should be addressed effectively through in-house policies.

This category encourages creation of inclusive learning environment and train educators to recognize and address biases, promote diverse learning needs and foster a culture of respect and belonging. It evaluates how well institutions offer an inclusive learning environment and highlights the steps taken to ensure that all learners are considered in achieving their academic and life skills.
